Domaine Adélie is located in Mercurey , in the Côte Chalonnaise. Covering an area of ​​7.8 hectares , it is made up of plots intended for the production of delicious and warm red wines and subtle and elegant whites.

Always keen to respect the terroir and the balance of the wines, we practice sustainable and organic viticulture there. From the 2018 vintage, all the Domaine's wines
will claim “organic wine” certification on their labels.

It was the daughter of Albéric Bichot, born in 2003, who gave her name to the estate, thus marking the Bichot family's roots in Burgundy from generation to generation.
