The Domaine du Clos Frantin, a beautiful 18th century property, is located in Nuits-Saint-Georges in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, favored land of Pinot Noir and
rarest and most prestigious appellations. It covers 8.6 hectares , including 3.9 of Premiers and Grands Crus.

Fertilizers and weedkillers have been replaced by compost and plowing. Respect for the soil, severe pruning and green harvests if necessary make it possible to obtain grapes of high quality and in short supply. Our vines have been certified "Organic Farming" since 2012 and from the 2018 vintage, all of the Domaine's wines will claim "Organic Wine" certification on their labels.

Our vat room integrates modern winemaking tools while retaining traditional methods. Gravity work has replaced mechanical operations for
respect the quality and aromatic potential of the grapes.
