Domaine du Pavillon is located south of Pommard , in Côte de Beaune. In the heart of a walled enclosure, the vat room, cellar and 18th century mansion are brought together. The estate covers 15 hectares of vines, including nearly 4 hectares of our Pommard monopoly “Clos des Ursulines”.
As at Domaine du Clos Frantin in Nuits-Saint-Georges, organic vine cultivation is practiced there with constant concern for respecting the great natural balances.
The vat room was modernized in 2016, in order to be able to vinify a greater number of "climates" of the Côte de Beaune, in small vats perfectly adapted to the Burgundian plot.
As with our other Domaines de Côte-d'Or and Mercurey, the wines of Clos du Pavillon will claim "organic wine" certification on their labels, from the 2018 vintage.
