Château Long-Depaquit is located in the heart of the village of Chablis ,
in Yonne. Its park, planted with century-old trees and a garden
flowered with roses, invites you to take a walk and have a special moment, outside
time.

Exceptional heritage of 52 hectares , our vineyard is cultivated with a sustainable approach. Yield control and non-interventionist vinification help create
authentic, mineral and elegant wines. Aging in wood is
used sparingly to best maintain the expression of each
terroir.

The estate has had a new vat room since 2014. More environmentally friendly, it aims to continue to improve the quality of our wines by giving them more purity and precision.
