Presentation
Overlooking the Gevrey-Chambertin coastline as far as the Bois de Corton, the Hautes Côtes vineyards are located on a plateau behind the famous Côte de Nuits, at an altitude of 300 to 400 meters.
Terroir
Clay-limestone (belonging to the Jurassic rocks), the orientation of the vines varies from South to East, capturing a maximum of sun.
Winemaking
Manual harvest, sorting of grapes upon arrival at the winery.
Vinification in open vats temperature-controlled at 28/30°C with punching down then aging for 8 to 12 months in oak barrels.
