An exceptional, 100% handcrafted sommelier knife
This precious tool is an original design handcrafted by L'Atelier du
Wine, showcasing craftsmanship and know-how. The knife is made from
staves from a barrel of Mazis-Chambertin Cuvée Madeleine Collignon 2020 from
prestigious Domaine des Hospices de Beaune raised in the Albert Bichot cellars.


Each knife is a unique work of art as evidenced by the variations in
oak handle colors. The blade and capsule cutter are integrated into the knife
and its internal mechanism allows the cork to be extracted in a single movement.


Produced in only 30 copies, it is a nod to our commitment
at the Hospices de Beaune.
