Secret d'Océan
Solidement amarrés sur le pont, deux fûts de 228 litres ont vécu la traversée de l’océan Atlantique au rythme des courants et des variations maritimes. Avec une escale à New-York le voilier a parcouru l’océan Atlantique pendant deux mois avant de retourner à Saint-Malo début mars. Pour Albert Bichot, l’objectif de cette expérimentation est d’étudier les variations sur l’évolution des vins blancs et de voir naître une cuvée unique.
